Marsha has been a real estate broker for many years and has helped numerous buyers and sellers navigate the complexities of Santa Barbara real estate. Her service to clients ranges from assisting first-time buyers to working with seasoned investors. Whether helping with a 1031 exchange or complex trust sales Marsha exerts every effort to make the real estate transactions work for her clients.
When working with sellers, Marsha can recommend a team of painters, contractors and handymen who help bring the property to market. Her strong network of lenders, title companies and escrow officers ensure smooth real estate transactions.
Marsha attended UCSB where she met her husband, Gary, a third generation Santa Barbaran. Following graduation, she focused her life on family, the Santa Barbara community, and business. Marsha owned and operated a small business while her children were young and in school. Marsha and Gary devoted countless hours to their children’ sports, classroom projects, and fundraisers for the community schools.
Marsha is an active member of the Kiwanis Club of Santa Barbara. Kiwanis works with the children in Santa Barbara providing scholarships to graduating high seniors, fundraisers for other charities and helping the local local schools.
